Having lived in the Hudson Valley Region my entire life and being brought up in Real Estate has made my involvement and passion second nature. Working for my dad, and working with my grandfather in Real Estate was incredibly special to me. I have learned from the best!
New York's Hudson Valley is well known for its peaceful and scenic winding Hudson River, and just 100 miles north of Manhattan, this is why I have continued to be a part of the Real Estate business in the Hudson Valley Region, which includes land development, new construction and renovations.

Founded in 1985 in Westchester County, New York, James M. Bello & Associates has spent over four decades shaping the landscape of the Hudson Valley and the tri-state area. What began as a specialized startup focused on the residential marketplace has evolved into a powerhouse of real estate development, responsible for millions of square feet of diverse construction projects ranging from luxury custom homes to complex multi-family communities and critical infrastructure.

James M. Bello launched the firm with a vision to bring a higher standard of craftsmanship and personal accountability to the building industry.
