James of James M. Bello & Associates brings several years of building and developing experience since 1985 to the Hudson Valley and the rest of the tri-state area. During his career, Bello has built over several million square feet of commercial and residential projects. Bello's career began in the residential marketplace including, new homes, home renovations, home additions and light commercial projects. In the past, he has employed several hundred subcontractors and employees throughout multiple projects. In more recent years, the commercial and multifamily market has taken his interest.

Bello has been a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Builders Association of the Hudson Valley and the New York State Builders Association. He was featured several times in National Publications, including Empire State Builder and Building Systems Magazine. Bello has received numerous certificates of achievement, course completion awards and letters of appreciation for his continued growth and high level of customer satisfaction. In addition to Bello's many accomplishments as a professional in the area, he has also raised his family here. He is a proud father and grandfather, also known as Pop-Pop. 

One of Bello's previous projects is The Lofts @ Beacon Falls, a condo/multifamily community, consisting of 78 units ranging in size from 800 square feet, to approximately 1,400 square feet, including one and two bedroom units. Available to the community are accommodating amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, theater/media rooms and a friendly onsite staff for all security and maintenance assistance.
